Beskrivning Are you a tech-savvy individual with a passion for driving digital transformation and innovation? We are currently seeking a dynamic IT Evangelist to lead our infrastructure transformation. As the driving force behind our business growth through technology adoption and process innovation, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing a cloud-based infrastructure, developing CRM systems for enhanced customer engagement, and driving data analysis to inform strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a cloud-based infrastructure to support business expansion

• Develop and maintain CRM systems to enhance customer engagement

• Drive data analysis and insights to inform business decisions

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement change management strategies

• Communicate technical vision and strategy to non-technical stakeholders

• Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the organization

Required Skills:

• Expertise in cloud computing and IT infrastructure

• Strong understanding of CRM systems and data analysis

• Proven experience in digital transformation and change management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluency in English and Swedish

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as an IT Architect, IT Consultant, or Change Manager

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working in retail industry is a plus
